Released in 1974 on LP and cassette and released in 1986 on CD. The LP issue has no gatefold but a printed innersleeve with lyrics.

Portugal has, besides a normal pressing, a unique "Literary Circle" LP issue with a nice small live photo of Freddie.

A UK LP acetate exists which has stand alone versions on side A.

A Japanese promotional red vinyl LP should exist from 1974 or 1977. Nobody knows if it exists but it has been reported by collectors.

France has besides a normal issue also a gatefold issue, released in 1974 and re-released in 1978 with a different back sleeve.

The Argentinian and Uruguayan LP and cassette issues are called Certero Ataque Al Corazon.

The Italian LP issue has no mirror crackles on the back sleeve.

The USA has a 1991 CD re-issue with one bonus track. Available with and without a longbox. The first pressing (CD and cassette) has a remaster error in track 7: some seconds are left out somewhere in the intro. All re-pressings have this error corrected.

Re-issued on CD in Europe and Japan in 1993-1994.

Re-issued in Japan on CD in 1998 with a card sleeve.

A pirate picture disc was released in 1997 without a sleeve.

Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2001 with improved sound quality.

Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2004 with a card sleeve (using the 2001 remasters). The package also includes a mini innersleeve like the original UK vinyl issue. Released in Europe on July 12 2004 (including obi's and Japanese lyrics sheet).
