>> home : albums : greatest hits II

Queen's second UK compilation, released in 1991 on 2LP, CD and cassette.
The first UK LP pressing (10,000 copies) has an embossed crest on the gatefold sleeve.
A UK promotional box was released featuring the Hits II CD, Flix II video (in a white cardboard sleeve
or a blue cardboard sleeve) and the book Pix II. The box is simply called II.
There are some LP variations in other countries: some countries don't have a gatefold
sleeve or have a black sleeve instead of dark blue.
Not released in the USA.
Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2001 with improved sound quality.
