Released in 1995 on LP (white and black vinyl), CD and cassette.
The first CD, LP and cassette issues have a small Queen catalogue sheet containing
album and video sleeves.
The first CD issues have a Queen badge (like the Queen badge in Box Of Tricks).
Most CD issues have six 'Q' logos on the CD tray, although this was not available
in every country.
First pressings of the LP and CD issues have an error in the liner notes: a wrong
Fan Club address (18a instead of 16a). This has been corrected for later issues.
The LP issue has a printed innersleeve and a gatefold sleeve. The package also
contains three posters.
The first LP pressing is on white vinyl (limited to 50,000 copies worldwide). The
innersleeve has a huge lyrics error on the back side: lyrics for Heaven For Everyone and I Was Born To Love You
have been mixed up.
Second LP pressing is on black vinyl and the innersleeve has been corrected.
Japan's first CD release has a slipcase plus an extra booklet.
Etched jewel case CD issues were released in a few European countries. The Made
In Heaven logo is etched on the jewel case, so there's no logo on the CD booklet. Two versions were
available: one with a white etched logo and one with a black logo.
An AdvanceListening promo cassette was released in the USA featuring a slightly
different version of Let Me Live. Lyrics of this version can be found on the innersleeve of the white vinyl
version.
Very early CD pressings have the withdrawn Let Me Live version which can also be
found on the USA promo cassette. The CD has been reported in Mexico and some European countries.
Zimbabwe has a unique non-gatefold title sleeve. 250 copies made only according to
the sleeve.
Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2001 with improved sound quality.
Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2004 with a card sleeve (using the 2001 remasters). The package
also includes a mini innersleeve like the original UK vinyl issue. Two versions are released: one with the sun set
picture and one with the sun rise picture. Released in Europe on July 12 2004 (including obi's
and Japanese lyrics sheet).

Other notes
Tracks 6, 7 and 9 were edited for vinyl. Track 13 has been removed except for the first few seconds.
Since 1989 all Queen tracks are credited by "Queen" and not by a band member. However, most tracks
were started by one member rather than the whole band. Below you will find a list with the actual
writers of the songs:
It's A Beautiful Day: Freddie Mercury. Recorded in 1980
Let Me Live: unknown, but Freddie's vocals are from 1983
My Life Has Been Saved: John Deacon, originally a B-side for Scandal, 1989
You Don't Fool Me: Freddie Mercury and Roger Taylor, 1991
A Winter's Tale: Freddie Mercury (his last song he ever wrote)
Mother Love is the last song Freddie laid his vocals on.
Thanks to Peter De Bruyne for the Japanese CD sleeves (first issue).
