Released in 1975 as a 7" single. The first single in the UK with a picture sleeve.

Also released with a picture sleeve in Portugal, Italy, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Japan, Holland, Spain, Yugoslavia, Turkey and Thailand.

Germany has two different issues: one has a black and white printed back sleeve, the other one has a blue and white printed back sleeve.

Holland has three different issues: one with red titles on the sleeve, one with white titles on the sleeve and one with white titles but with an advertisement on the back sleeve.

Thailand has two different EP's. Each EP has a different sleeve (only one Queen sleeve).

Italy has two issues: the first one is misspressed with a spelling error on the back sleeve saying "I'm In Love Whith My Car". The later pressings have this error corrected.

Re-issued in France in 1978 with a different sleeve (a live sleeve) and as a promo with an edited 3:30 version of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Re-issued in 1978 in the UK on blue vinyl with a unique sleeve. Limited to 200 numbered copies. Some copies come with two etched champagne glasses and an EMI silk scarf. Some unnumbered blue vinyl test pressing copies exist without a sleeve.

Re-issued by the fan club in 1995 in the UK on purple vinyl. Limited to 2000 numbered copies.

Re-issued in 1988 as a 3" CD-single (as a part of 12 3" CD-singles) in the UK. Issued separatly and as a complete set in a plastic wallet. Also issued in Germany as a limited edition of 555 copies only in a leather wallet. Re-released in Japan in 1991 in a boxed set.
