Released in 1982 in a few countries only, including the UK, Holland, Phillipines, South African and a few more.

Only the UK, Holland and Mexico have a picture sleeve. Mexico has a foldable sleeve.

A double sided 10" acetate from the UK exists with a Mix 2 version on the A-side. There are no labels, only some info is scratched in the acetate on the A-side (QUEEN EMI-5316-A 1). The disc is apparantly a rough cut, since one second of Under Pressure can be heard after Cool Cat on the B-side.
