Released in 1989 as a 7", 12", cassette and CD-single in the UK. Released with a sleeve worldwide.

The UK has a 7" shaped picture disc issue with a backing card as a sleeve. Two test pressings exist: uncut clear disc (approx 10 copies are known) and an uncut picture disc. Both come without a sleeve.

USA has two promo CD-singles. A one track and a four track. Both don't have a sleeve.
