Released in 1989 as a 7", 12", cassette and CD-single in the UK. Released with a sleeve worldwide.

UK has a 7" issue with a poster sleeve and a 12" with an etched B-side featuring the four signatures of the band members.

Austria has a unique 3" CD-single issue.

USA has two promo CD-singles. A one track and a four track (which is said to be withdrawn). Both don't have a sleeve.
