Released in 1991 as a 7", 12", cassette and CD-single in the UK. Released with a sleeve worldwide.

The UK has a 12" picture disc issue with a back sleeve in a printed pvc outer sleeve. A white vinyl test pressing (approx 10 copies are known), a clear test pressing and a clear test pressing with white papers inside exist.

The UK also has a 12" promo with a nice promo sleeve and a clown label.
