Released in 1991 as a 7", 12", cassette and CD-single in the UK. Released with a sleeve worldwide.

UK has a 7" shaped picture disc with a printed backing card and a printed pvc outer sleeve. An uncut test pressing exists.

Some countries have a gatefolded 12" issue and some countries have a normal sleeve.
