Released in 1991 as a 7", 12", cassette and CD-single in the UK. Released with a sleeve worldwide.

UK has a 12" picture disc issue with a backing card.

The USA has a promo cassette issue with a black and white clown sleeve (the cassette itself is white instead of black). There is also a promo CD issue with the clown sleeve.

France has a unique 7" and 12" promo with the clown on the sleeve. Only 100 copies have been made of the 12" issue.

Holland has two CD-single issues: one with the group sleeve and one with the clown sleeve. The clown sleeve edition has a different track listing.
