Released in 1995 as cassette and CD-single in the UK. Released with a picture sleeve worldwide.

The UK has a 7" jukebox issue with a plain white sleeve and a sticker containing the title. Some copies have a jukebox strip. An advanced jukebox issue was also released containg a poster and a promo card.

A very limited 12" single was pressed in 1996 as a prize for a competition on the radio in the UK. Only a few were made (probably just 1-5) and it was never released, because nobody chose HFE as a best track from the Made In Heaven.

The UK has two promotional one track CD-singles. One with the catalogue number CDDJUKE 1 and one with CDDJHEAVEN 1. Only CDDJUKE 1 has a front sleeve. Both issue have a back sleeve.

A UK-made promo CD-single in 1999 was released for the Swiss market. It features a unique promotional video.

Holland has a two track CD-single in a card sleeve.

Some European countries have a second CD-single issue without the words "part 2 of a 2 cd set".

USA has a unique sleeve for the CD-single and cassette single issues. A one track promo CD-single was also released with only a back sleeve. A mispressed issue is also known featuring the track Made In Heaven instead of Heaven For Everyone.

Japan has a three track CD-single instead of a four track single.
